Gingerbread House

I think every year we get a little better at making our Gingerbread house.  I don't think I will ever have the patience to make it look like the perfect one on the box.

Seems like I only learn/remember on thing a year.  The kids were so excited to make it and we had to wait for the icing to dry.  They had to sit and wait for 15 min -the longest 15 min EVER!

Finally ready! Jared kept sneaking the candy.

 

We also made a rice krispy treat train this year.  I forgot to oil the molds so getting them out didn't go as planned, but I think we did pretty good despite the rough start.
